These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SellerAi, an AI workspace for cross-border ecommerce operators. By using SellerAi, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

SellerAi provides templates, chat workflows, AI-generated drafts, private knowledge retrieval, and public marketplace source references. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in listings, messages, ads, policy decisions, or other business workflows.

Your content

You retain your rights to prompts, uploaded knowledge, business materials, product facts, chat messages, and other content you submit. You grant SellerAi permission to host, process, transmit, display, and transform that content as needed to provide the service.

Knowledge base content

• User private knowledge is intended for the submitting user or workspace only.
• You must have the rights or permissions needed to upload, store, process, and use documents in SellerAi.
• You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates confidentiality obligations, or is unlawful.
• Public platform knowledge may be indexed from publicly available official marketplace pages and may include citations or links to original sources.

AI outputs

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific marketplace, jurisdiction, or business situation. SellerAi does not provide legal, tax, financial, customs, or compliance advice. You are responsible for validating generated content against marketplace rules and applicable laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SellerAi to:

• Generate deceptive, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Bypass platform policies or misrepresent products, shipping, returns, reviews, warranties, or seller identity.
• Upload malware, secrets you are not authorized to share, or personal data that is unnecessary for your workflow.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.

Third-party services

SellerAi may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication providers, AI providers, and official platform websites. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Subscriptions and availability

Paid plans, limits, and availability may change over time. We may suspend or limit access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address non-payment.

Disclaimer

SellerAi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerAi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using SellerAi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for the service, users, or third parties.
